先日久しぶりに眼科へ行って来ました。
花粉症の目薬を出してもらうためです。
毎年1回いつも同じ目薬をもらえばその年は乗り越えられます。
市販の目薬では絶対に良くなりません。
その後、目の症状は良くなったのですが、ノドのイガイガ感が不快で調子が良くはありません。
使いたくないけれど、マスクを使用したほうがいいのかな？
